This is a bold, crisp, clean Sauvignon Blanc with a nice floral nose. One can taste melon, pineapple and other tropical flavors. It has a nice, long finish. Please enjoy this wine with spicy foods - Indian, Chinese, or other Asian dishes. It is also a nice complement to French or California seafood dishes.
